The 10 Commandments yard sign, Acts 2:38, John 3:16 yard sign in front of my home. My neighbor also has one. We need two similar signs on each block in America. Why two? Read Deuteronomy 19:15 in your Bible and then watch the news.
*****I purchased this sign from: VictoryStore, 5200 30th St. SW, Davenport, Iowa, 52802. Other signs can be purchased in an online search. Actually 2 signs were delivered, one with a plastic bag for cover during bad weather. I don't sit them out in the rain and I bring them in overnight. I gave one to my neighbor which fitted neatly into the scripture of Deuteronomy 19:15, specifying that upon the testimony of two or three witnesses establishes a matter to be valid.
Update: 10/22/22- 10/25/22 Basketball videos. NOTE: Copy and paste the three links below in the address bar to view videos. A quick check revealed that the hand icon that hovers over the link when selected will not play the video. Will work on this problem later.
I'm shooting three point hook shots from the corner, which is not an easy thing to do. Try it sometimes. The week before this taping, at one interval I made 3 of 4 shots. This video I managed to hit 3 of seven. Here's the link below to view.

The link for the second video below is a game that the fellows and I coined " Shooter's Touch 10", or simply Shooter's 10. 3-5 players may play, though the game is ideally suited for three players. The object of the game is to be the first player make 10 shots beyond the three point line anywhere that you choose. The contest can require that the best of seven or 10 games be won to become the winner. No player should touch another player's ball.
Not recommended for players not in decent shape. For example, if the contest is set at the best of ten games, all three players might have won 9 games ( 27 games) and now must play an addtional game to determine the winner- a total of 28 games! We have played as many as 10 or twenty games, but never more than 20 games to my knowledge. Great game for getting in basketball shape at beginning of basketball season and can help hone your shooting eye in the process. Josh won the best of seven games by the way. The video upload stopped recording the remaining games.
Antwon won first 2 games but he had to leave, Josh seven games, Kelsie 5 games, Buck three games. View link # 2 to view.

The gentleman in the full black T-Shirt, Eddie Golden, 72 years old, is the father of a former NBA all-star. He, Buck and myself played a Shooter's 10 contest. Eddie's best game was the game before, but I did not have the camera going.

7/30/2022 Edited 8/6/22 Made a note below in our C229 Constitution on an 10 second or so ad coming on before the Metro Singers performed their rendition of the old negro spiritual, "Steal Away".
I spoke about this proposal on a podcast this past Thursday evening.
Scenario is as follows:She is a twenty year-old single parent, attending a local junior college pursuing her education which was disrupted. She lives with her sick mother who keeps her daughter while she attends school and works twenty hours part-time at a retail store.
She has a cousin who attends a well known HBCU, and our scenario student would like to attend an HBCU as well. The local community college she attends is 93% non-black. Can we help her with her with a broader, more precise and fulfulling education?
External conditions are anchoring her to the city in which she lives, the school she attends, and job. She will probably never attend an HBCU of her dreams. HBCU'S offer online classes which solves half of our problem. Actually and what would be better, is if her present junior college et.al., would offer a "HBCU Online Classes" section along with other classes. Our scenario student may not have the presence of mind to search for HBCU online clases. But there is more.
If she takes an HBCU class online, should he or she not be entitled to join the Black Student Union, pledege a fraternity or sorority (which could lead to making important life-long important relationships). Non-black students could take classes on HBCU online and broaden their knowledge and viewpoints. Perhaps our student might meet other professors-instructors via online classes, which is but another avenue of possible mentorship and direction; We could bring classes to ANY student wanting to take HBCU classes online in a more creative, diligent, and fulfulling way.
Funding by The Department of Health, Education, and Welfare could unclog any potential problems of implementation. This proposal comes under the heading of "Incremental Reparations", of which I am a strong proponent.

C229, A CONSTITUTION FOR AFRICAN AMERICANS , ( A "To do" List )
"A Daily Affirmation" short video of two young black boys.
Both videos are Articles of C229, The Constitution For African Americans.
This proposal does not intend to supersede the United State Constitution. It is a document that intends to generate individual and collective endeavor among black Americans to uplift our communities, as we feel we have a better insight on how to deal with this ongoing, unfortunate experience.
This is not a separatist proposal. Activities that are proposed within the Articles of this Constitution, are created for purposes of drawing huge numbers of people, and there is no language therein that suggests that non-African Americans cannot share and partkake in our agenda i.e., that you are not welcome. You are welcome to share this hope for improvement with us.
Mission Statement
To include this endeavor in conjunction with other endeavors past, present ,and future, in hopes of helping to bring comprehensive healing into America’s black community, with our prayers asking that our inclusive message be incorporated into other lives and other parts of the world.
Preface:
1. Purpose- to create an enhanced moral, responsible, dutiful, and unifying mindset among black Americans.
2. To provide suggestions for an agenda and plan of success for black Americans, that are found in the Articles themselves, while simultaneously serving as precepts, codes of conduct, and a heightening of global awareness life and death issues.
3. For purposes of creating an archival, historical document for future reference purposes.
The first drafting of this proposed Constitution "C228" was done in 2015-2016. Article 8, "Health and Longevity" was an intent to highlight the need for black Americans to consume more oranges, apples, melons, fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies with raw spinach, raw brocolli, berries, seaweed, wheat grass, dragon fruit, aloe vera juice or gel, etc. C228 was not adopted in my view. Had it been adopted and the agenda pushed, I believe the disproportionate number of black persons ( or any persons) who died from Covid-19 related deaths would have been dramatically reduced, as the body's immune system would have been strengthened.
C229 Preamble
We The People, of African lineage and citizens of the United States, for the purposes of promoting the general welfare of our people, who, by virtue of having our lives and those of our ancestors, co-mingled with the history of America, must recognize, define, and document our aspirations, hopes, goals and conditions upon which we shall endeavor to uphold. This document serves as a literary monument and mandate upon ourselves now and for our posterity.
(a) Black people have a black national ANTHEM...“ lift every voice and sing“...
(b). Native Alaskans ( formerly Eskimos), and Native Americans living on reservations have their own "sovereign" constitutions. (They provided the land; African Americans provided labor).
The United Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) has a Constitution and By-laws that were instituted in 1918 and with the purpose to uplift black people worldwide being one of it‘s many objectives. The scope of our Constitution C229 is narrower, and addresses more closely those spiritual, economic, social, and civic issues facing blacks in America, with consideration for black people worldwide to be sure.
Our Constitution C229 for black Americans and communities, serves as a benchmark and threshold evidence of our determination to be contemporaneously diligent, taskful, and historically responsible for life in our communities today and for our posterity. We need to have our Constitution (an agenda and plan ) in WRITING, ON PAPER with a request that HIGH HONOR and personal accountability be given to it’s purpose.
ARTICLE 1.... NAME
The name of this endeavor shall be C229, The Constitution For African Americans.
Article 2.... BOUNDARIES
The boundaries of this Initiative extend to those communties within the borders of the United States.
Article 3... MEMBERS
Section 1.(a) All persons of African descent whose name currently appears on U.S. census rolls.
(b) All persons having African-American blood through ancestral-intermarriage with a black man or woman
(father or mother).
Section 2.The American black community recognizes diversity in langauge, religion, culture, ideologies, interests, and other social environments. We ask that black non-citizens be made aware of the Initiative national agenda, so as to better integrate their economic and social activities with those of the black community if they desire. This will in turn enhance their short, long term, or permanent stay while in the U.S.
Section 3. Civic Responibility
All residents of the black community must be civic minded and share the responsibilty of ensuring that our communities are clean, safe, spiritually focused, politically active, economically wise, and socially tolerant. which is the hallmark of uniform behavior within our communities.
Article 4. Youth Daily Affirmation- seeks to instill in youth and young adults a sense of personal obligation , moral upbringing, and evoke spiritual stirrings in order to shape and mold a mindset that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. The accompanying video to this Article has a link at the top of this page.
Article 5. Income and Revenues- will be be given to professionals whose expertise is in the field of finance, business, etc.
1. All incoming revenues and expenditures will be posted online on the C229 site ( or a site chosen by the supervisory- overight committee) at all times for membership monitoring.
2. Our goal is to increase the number of black businesses in order to encourage entreprenuership and sustain a business presence in black communities, where currrent numbers for black businesses In Chicago for example, and perhaps nationally, are down.
3.. Donated talent can serve as a fundraiser for Black America, (i.e, should this agenda become a not for-profit 501c3 organization) ; singers, movie makers, authors, athletes, lecturers, etc. could donate their talents.
Article 6; Amendments to the Constitution
Requests to amend the Constitution can be presented, however, to forestall a barage of moot or frivilous requests, the Amendment Committee will only prioritze two requests per month, and these requests to amend must be of such a nautre as to affect the entire black community.
Article 7: Community Philanthropy Set Aside
To build the character of the black community, it is asked that residents set aside a small monthly sum to be given to the poor and homeless, particularly during the festive and meaningful months of November and December; to shelters, organizations, and in person giving out on the street, or in whatever manner you choose to give. A giving community shall be a blessed community.
Article 8: Historically Black Colleges ands Universities Annual Fundraisng lLaunch.
Historically black colleges and universities (HBCU's) produce tremendous numbers of our black doctors, lawyers, and educators. Knoxville College had only 11 students in the entire studnt body in the spring of 2015, and temporarily lost their accreditation and had to close its doors for a semester. (The school was back in operation in the fall term that year). The amount of money owed by Knoxville College then was a mere pittance, that could have been satisfied with an ANNUAL FUNDRAISING LAUNCH from black America.
1. $20 dollars from 5 million black people would generate $100 million dollars.
2. As of late (in 2020), HBCU's have been blessed to receive huge gifts from donors. However, we must keep an eye out for schools that might be pressed for funds.
Article 9: Health and Longevity
All persons shall endeavor to employ proactive ( looking to prevent) measures to promote good health, and healthy lifestyles when possible, as health seriously affects the lives of individuals, families, communities and the nation, spiritually, economically, socially, educationally, and civilly.
Floaters
I had a detached retina a month and a half or so ago, causing a "floater" which is something like a blemish that constantly floats across the eye. The floater in my eye has reduced and has lost about 85-90% of its initial mass. My sight is not impeded and I recently passed an eye exam. Laser surgery to reattach it was successful.
My research to eliminate the floater led me to purchase Clearview Muitiple Vitamins which, along with the consumption of eating about three slices of fresh pineapple day, was a game changer in reducing the floater in my eye.
I viewed a short video on youtube where a medical doctor was talking about pineapple consumption and floaters. I decided to try eating pineapple as well. My sight is almost 100%.
Article 10: HBCU and Black Church Ties.
Black Americans recognizie the natural relationship between HBCU" and black churches. Black churches could end many church members and associates to enroll in HBCU's, while students on summer vacation could work communties in an effort to build relationships between parents-students and neighborhood churches. With a little creativity, students could be paid for their work.
Article 11: Non- Violence
The national position of the vast majority of African Americans is that we do not condone violence, unequivocally and without discussion.
Article 12: The National Million Fathers March
The nationwide Annual Million Father March shall be recognized as an Article within this Constitution in order to promote family and community bonding between all components of society.
Article 13: Preservation of The Environment
The African American community within these United States shall progressively increase in our duty and knowledge in preservation of the environment as a global concern.
Article 14: Voting Accountability
A Black communities Constitution calls for 90% black voter registration and 90% black voter participation
(per city and state) as a matter of THIS/OUR CONSTITUTIONAL COMMUNITY ACCOUNTABILITY.
Article 15: Implementing an Age of Responsibility. for America's at risk age Black children, (et. al.).
Purpose: To convene parents/guardians who have at risk age children who are approaching, or are at an age at which they must be told and made to understand their responsibility for their acts, ( 12-13 years old,)and their roles as future members of the black community,
Article 16: Non-nuclear Proliferation, Life Preservation
To propagate within the black community an interest in global non-nuclear proliferation and to include in this global awareness a call for global forums (dialogues) that include long life extension research as (a) non-nuclear proliferation and (b) longer living and quality of life are subjects that are inherently related. The leaders of the world must know that only a nuclear winter will be the result of what I believe Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said; "...either we live together as brothers, or perish apart as fools".
1. The church communities are (should be) inherent seekers of peace based upon the blessings given to those who seek peace from Jesus who proclaimed, " ...Blessed are the peacemakers"...
b). To allow the interest of America's black communities in global non-nuclear propliferation to mirror the need for calm, peace, and non-violence in black communities across the America and elsewhere. After all, global economic, social, and political agendas mean nothing when compared to the nightmare of nuclear attacks upon living creatures of all kinds.
Article 17. Incremental Reparations: This Article in no way intends to diminish the quest for Full reparations owed to African Americans for their uncompensated labor in building the American empire. Article 17 purposes to suggest a practical alternative.
Example: A call for Full Reparations for American black people has not happened in over three decades. I know of at least one Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in 2015 that was experiencing financial issues. If 15 states in America, e.g., California, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, etc., for example, were to release just 15 non-violent offenders, perhaps to home monitoring or something, saving the annual cost of incarceration for that person, that money could be best sered somewhere in black communities for health care, business generation, or black colleges survival. One in the hand is sometimes better than. two in the bush.
Article 18: National African American Community Improvement Association.
To Create and Sustain an African American National Community Improvement Association, to address all issues affecting life in black communities.
a. To create and sustain a National Council of Black Men. 1. There exists a national Black women's group in the persons of The National Council of Negro Women founded in 1935.
b. Persons belonging to existing organizations, associations, etc., can continue in those endeavors, and still belong to the national" AACIA", even if your organization is currently a national entity.
Article 19: To create a supervisory board who will direct and guide the course of actions for this endeavor; Scholars, business persons, clergy, educators, athletes, health professionals, communication and technology professionals, experienced grass roots community participants, Parent-Teacher (PTA) members, et.al.
Article 20: Institutional Interactive Support Systems. ( I was given a few minutes to present this concept a few years ago at the Evanston-Skokie School Distric 65, and Bellwood School District 88 school board meetings).
To create an organized system (continuum, a continuous flowing circle) of interaction between parents-students>>extended family>>church>>school>> and community.
Article 21 (An Action): To assure that Pre-Science and Enginering, and other high level math, science, and technological teachings-concepts, are made available to our school children, as is being done in the Chicago Pre- College Science and Enginering Program, which can only serve to increase the chances of better and stable livelihoods for our posterity.
Article 22: To implement and maintain an agenda to unify the American Black community, specifically, to begin the process of mindset cohesion through recogntion that the vast majority of Black Americans share common national and local interests in the areas, social, worship, economic-personal financial, and health maters, that will require an exhaustive, unified commitment to duty, spiritual guidance, perseverance, study, and work ethic.
" OUR HOME"
school>>>community
parents-students>>>extended family>>>church
Proposal: Parents themselves ( and on behalf of their children) will enter into a voluntary agreement,"Intent To Succeed" Form, ( formerly Intent of Profession Form). We need the signature of parents-guardians, that serves as their committment to work with the above entities noted above in the OUR HOME picture. We will get your child to productive citizen status if you work with us and our institutional partners.
FORM
I, name, on the __________, hereby make a parental ( guardian) pledge to join the efforts of instutional community partners in hopes that they, along with myself ( and spouse), will endavor to assist my children ( or those under my care), names, in achieving productive and successful citizen status.
Note***- Physical abuse of children will be less likely if it is known that persons of interest who are helping to grow the children will be calling and monitoring their progres and well-being,
FORM
At the "Age of Responsibility", 12 or 13 year old, see Article 15, the student will make an initial committment of some profession or purpose in life. These decisions can change many times of course.
I, name, on this date, the pastor (person in charge) of name of church, have notified members of this church,(or organization) of student (student's name) initial committment to become a (profession), and has our spiritual and moral support. (Place a copy of this form on the church bulletin board). Family members, friends and neighbors, and the student' respective schools-teachers should be informed, The student now knows that he or she has some expectation for them to succeed.
Make at least 3 copies. One to frame and place in the student's bedroom (if possible). One to copy and paste on the refrigerator. One for a personal church bulletin, or for your local community church.
Article 21: All African Americans should register on the National Cenus rolls. The areas where we live are allocated political representatives and government funds based upon these numbers- very important.

My "Iwo Jima", Jude 1:3 KJV (edited 01/22/2022)
I am writing this defense if you will, in the event that my old nemesis and enemy has resorted to a similar attack of my character that was done a couple or few years or more ago. If this new attack upon my character has reached the ears of those unaware of this history, this writing is to inform you that this did in fact occur. What was the motive to renew such an attack now? Everything is motive. What really concerns me is, if this attack on one's character was done to a person with less ability to convey a defense for his or herself, against such a purposeful and deliberate attempt to DESTROY COMPLETELY one's life with no room for recovery, the after effect- if untrue, would somehow create the possibility of one's character always having the dark shadow of hypocrisy hovering over it.
As some of you know may know, I am a man whose allegiance is to a particular belief or persuassion. My flag is spiritual and unseen, yet the evidence of the power behind it can be found in the lives of men, women and younger people in some instances. I hope I am correct in taking solace behind the hope that when such allegations arise concening my character, you will dismis them until I can shed light on such lies and deviousness.
It appears to me, that my name is being tossed around with some sort of intimate behavior with another man, an act that is in opposition to the tenets of my spiritual persuassion which is Messianic Hebrew or Messianic Jew, or Jesus Jew. How do you defend against against such an accusation? Well for starters, what has his (my) character shown? Well, my activity and mindset can be found in my work to large extent, with attempts to help out. Imprisoned for nearly thirteen years, that would have been a great time to get involved with such activities. I never did. All I did in prison was go to the library, gym and worship study. I never killed anyone by the way, which by the way, can still be proven by before the evidence gets too old, people die or cannot be found, and the State is let off the hook.
Iwo Jima ( pronounced- ee' woe-gee' ma) was an island battleground in the Pacific during World War 11. It was a hard fought battle for every inch of ground. Six U.S. Marines would eventualy hoist the U.S. flag on a hill after forces took control of the island. The photo of this moment is one of the most iconic photos ever embedded in the history of this country. In this photo, the U.S. flag symbolizes victory over hard and bitter events,, and victory over stubborn and difficult obstacles.
My Iwo Jima is the flag under which I place my allegiance. It is a testament to victory over obstacles in my life, some medical, some that took away my freedom, victory over an unawareness of a more spiritual, deeper mind that belonged to me.The vicious rumor set upon me, if true, would be a betrayal of my allegiance to that flag, to my Iwo Jima. That is something that I could never do for love, money, position, or notoriety. That would mean that all of my most recent work, the calling of black pastors all over the country, the going to black churches all over the Chicago area, the suggestion of posting of the 10 Commandments on front lawns, was nothing but a charade, An attack upon my character, to me, is also an attack upon my faith. I must defend to absolve my faith.
This attack was done before I as I noted. I think most people did not believe it after all. But why make the same accusation again, now? What added confidence does the person(s) move forward with now, that gives the confidence that he, she, they shall prevail? Did I anger this person(s) for example, perhaps over something related subsequent to the holidays? I can think of something, the proof would not be easy, but it is something. There is a "there, there" so to speak.
Does the person(s) have something percieved to be "evidence". I have a witness who will tell you that for quite some time, I have revealed to this person items of mine that have come up missing. Items having thumb drives on them. A set of car keys to my new car in 2018 disappeared. Curie Motors had a stock key available and I went to get another set. Items missing from me and in the hands of a clever enemy, might serve as a link to place me at a location with another person who could perhaps, allege that is how a missing item of mine came into their possession, though I dont know this to be the case.
I always had a concern about those items and how they might surface one day. You see, the crime for which I was unjustly convicted found its origins in a blanket found at the scene of the crime with "an adhesive label" bearing my name and my former address. I have every reason to suspect items of mine that were missing could be used for whatever purposes. What person am I being linked with ( i know who). Are there issues of vulnerability(s) in this person's life, ( I remember well) that would leave the person soft as clay and to be twisted and turned by a clever person, to do or say or allege things that are untrue. Were there any types of "set-ups" involved? I coud perceive some, (recently for example).? What is this person like, their character? Is the person educated, stable, etc.? How did I meet this person? If I am guilty of this allegation, could I have met this person in a place that would have provided secrecy for example, that would not have been subject to a goofy blabber-mouth that would put my business out in the street, or that would not have besmirched the integrty of my faith persuassion? Well you know what I mean, I'm too stupid and negligent to consider such ramifications.
What about the person(s) starting this mess, again. I go to a lot places, stores, gyms, parks, etc. To pinpoint my location at anytime, and then to lay a conniving sheme, set a trap to destroy the person, to injure his reputation, even after death, calls a for a deep and constantly mulled hatred. If this person could get away with with it, I believe I would be injured, maimed, killed, ruined financially etc. It would be interesting to know what a person skilled in psychoanalysis would diagnose as the mental state of such a person, especially if there are other known episodes that can be attributed to their mental state.
